You can cancel your order as long as it has not been "fulfilled" (aka shipped) - shoot us an email with your details and we'll get your order cancelled & your payment refunded.
Please note that when you place an order and then need to cancel it, we will be taking the payment fee from the refund amount. All of our payment processors take fees when a payment is accepted (it varies depending on the processor, eg. PayPal, Shopify, Sezzle, etc.), but when we issue a refund, they do not give us back that fee.
Make sure you're quick about sending us a cancellation email though, we usually ship next business day!
