Our in-stock order processing time is approximately 1-3 business days (sometimes a bit more during holidays) so please be sure to add this to the shipping time-frames provided below.
Pre-order processing time is approximately 2-3 weeks. (if you have purchased in-stock items with pre-ordered ones, your order will be held until it can be shipped complete. We do not split shipments unless the client is willing to pay for the extra shipping charge)
Please ensure that you wait the allotted amount of time, listed below, before reporting your package missing or stolen.
Canadian Orders:
We ship via Canada Post Expedited Parcel which can take 1-7 business days to arrive, however Canada Post is not guaranteeing delivery times due to the heavy parcel volumes and extra safety precautions they are taking, due to the COVID-19 situation. Please allow up to 21 business days to pass before reporting your package as missing/lost, at which point we will be able to open a service ticket with Canada Post customer service.
USA Orders:
We ship via Canada Post Small Packet Air Mail which does not include tracking - this option takes approximately 4-10 business days to arrive - to a maximum of 30 business days depending on how long a package is in customs for. Delays can also arise due to severe weather, holiday shutdowns and most notably, the COVID-19 situation.
International Orders:
We ship via Canada Post Small Packet Air Mail which does not include tracking - this option takes approximately 6-10 business days to arrive - to a maximum of 30-45 business days depending on how long a package is in customs for. Delays can also arise due to severe weather, holiday shutdowns and most notably, the COVID-19 situation.
**Russian orders can take up to 80 business days to arrive due to delays in customs - please be aware of this before purchasing.**
You may want to check with your local post office as they may be holding it for you - most packages that are returned back to us are marked as "unclaimed".
